RETURN POLICY

Lily & Mayfair Return Policy

At Lily & Mayfair, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories or components.
  • Items must show only normal handling – damage caused by careless or improper use is excluded.
  • For products where hygiene is important, the item must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
  • If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us immediately with supporting photos.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 7 working days. If all conditions are met, we will confirm acceptance of the return within this timeframe. Lily & Mayfair reserves the right to refuse returns if items show signs of use, damage, or handling not consistent with our policy.

How to Return Your Order

If your order meets the above conditions, please send an email to info@lilymayfair.com with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photo of the product (if damaged)
  • Your full name
  • Your shipping address

Please do not send your order back to the sender address. Once we review your request, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item.

Order Changes

Please note: once an order has been placed, we do not accept changes to the size, colour, or style.

We kindly ask you to double-check all order details before completing your purchase.

Cancellations

Because our system is automated, orders begin processing shortly after being placed.

  • You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not yet been processed or dispatched.
  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you are welcome to return the item once received following our return process.

To request a cancellation, email us at info@lilymayfair.com with your order number and a clear cancellation request.

Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Any additional delivery surcharges (such as express options) will not be reimbursed.
  • Refunds are only issued once the returned item has been received and inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.
