Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Because we process and ship all orders within 24 hours, it is usually not possible to change your delivery address after confirmation. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately with your name and order number, and we’ll do our best to help before the order ships.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Who pays for return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

Do you accept cancellations?

Yes – cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. After this, you may still return the item once received, following our Return Policy.
