Lily & Mayfair Shipping Policy

At Lily & Mayfair, we are committed to making your shopping experience seamless and reliable. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your orders.

Order and Delivery

Found something you love? Wonderful!

Simply choose your preferred size and/or colour, then click “Add to Cart.” You can continue browsing or head to your basket anytime by clicking the shopping bag icon at the top right of the page. Please note that adding items to your basket does not reserve them.

Ready to Order?

When you’re finished shopping, go to your basket and click “Proceed to Checkout.” Here you can review your items and enter your details in one convenient step.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Track & Trace link to follow your parcel.

Please note:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will already be in the processing and shipping stage, and we will no longer be able to cancel or amend it. To cancel within the 24-hour window, please contact us at info@lilymayfair.com with your order number.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.

For returns, please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your order safely and on time.

  • Standard delivery time: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
  • You will receive a tracking link via email once your parcel has been shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. Once processing begins, we may not be able to make changes. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@lilymayfair.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lily & Mayfair is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once tracking shows the package as delivered. If you have not received your order despite the tracking status, please report it within 14 days so that we can assist with an investigation through the courier.
